Fit
The BWS-02 UTILITY SHIRT is inspired by vintage workwear aesthetics. The shirt is following a regular cut with simple, yet functional detailing. It features two chest pockets, of which one is equipped with a pen compartment. The silhouette’s shorter body promotes a casual, relaxed look, and is designed to be worn untucked. You can even wear it one size up, transforming it into an overshirt style and use it as a layering piece during the warmer months.

Fabric
The first known version of the ‘indigo wabash stripe’ was made by a company called J.L. Stiefl & Sons. The name of the wabash striped pattern finds its origin in the Wabash Confederacy, a Native American tribe that lived in an area covering the current US states of Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. Indigo wabash stripe fabrics are typically known for their durability and were used in hard labour as the fabric for workwear garments. Our 11.5 oz. indigo wabash selvedge twill is considered the reintroduction of the distinctive printed white dot stripe pattern in our collection, after we have used a 9 oz. canvas version for the same shirt style a few seasons ago. Woven by Collect Mills in Japan.
