SHIPPING
BENZAK ships with DPD (EU) and DHL (non-EU). For all regions, a tracking number will be provided. We strive to process and ship all orders within 48h on business days (Monday – Friday); our office and warehouse are closed on weekends (Saturday – Sunday).
*Please note that we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses, APO or other PO box addresses.
We ship our orders with insurance; in case of loss or damage please contact us immediately to solve the matter. Once the parcel is transferred to the courier service, the lead-time is out of our control; therefore we are not responsible for delays in shipping, failed delivery attempts or parcels being transferred to a pick-up point.

All payments should be made through the BENZAK website's check-out system, using any of the accepted credit cards, debet cards, PayPal, iDeal, Bancontact or Sofort.
All prices are stated in Euro (€) and without shipping costs. The incl. VAT prices are based on your geolocation – please note that the use of a VPN may cause wrong VAT percentages to display. Actual VAT percentage based on the country of destination will always be applied during checkout.
NON-EU SHIPMENTS
Orders to non-EU countries receive VAT exemption. The price displayed to non-EU customers is already excl. VAT and based on your geolocation; there is no VAT deduction during check-out. BENZAK is not responsible for import fees or any other customs clearance costs. Please check with your local government about these additional costs before placing an order.
