These Terms & Conditions and all agreements with BENZAK are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer residing outside the Netherlands, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection afforded to you under the laws of your country of residence.

SHIPPING

BENZAK generally ships orders within the EU with DPD and orders to destinations outside the EU with DHL. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier where necessary. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that our office and warehouse are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

All orders are shipped with insurance. In the event that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are subject to the carrier's operations and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. BENZAK cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times and is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery attempts, redirection to a pick-up point or parcel locker, and the period for which a parcel is held for collection are subject to the carrier's procedures. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided and to collect or receive the parcel within the applicable timeframe.

Additional shipping costs resulting from a parcel not being collected, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or other circumstances attributable to the customer may be charged to the customer.

Please note that we do not ship directly to freight forwarders, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, parcel lockers, Packstations or other carrier-operated pick-up points. If you wish to have your parcel delivered to a pick-up point, please enter a regular residential or business address when placing your order and arrange for the parcel to be redirected through the carrier once tracking becomes available. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries, returns or additional costs resulting from an ineligible delivery address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping applies to orders from €150 to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, and from €250 to all other available destinations.

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination. The applicable shipping costs and available shipping methods are calculated automatically and displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Any free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the order value after discounts and before shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. The shipping costs and conditions displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed will apply to that order.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made through the checkout on the BENZAK website using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

All prices are stated in euros (€) and exclude shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices including VAT are initially displayed based on your geolocation. Please note that the use of a VPN or other location-masking service may result in an incorrect VAT rate being displayed before checkout. The applicable VAT rate is determined based on the country of destination and will be calculated and applied during checkout.

NON-EU SHIPMENTS

Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union are generally sold without EU VAT. Prices shown to non-EU customers are displayed excluding EU VAT based on your location, where applicable, so no additional EU VAT deduction will be applied at checkout.

Import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees and any other charges imposed upon import are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and destination. BENZAK has no control over charges imposed by local authorities and cannot reimburse or compensate for import duties, taxes or customs-related fees payable by the customer. We recommend checking the applicable import rules and costs with your local customs authorities before placing an order.
