Free shipping applies to all orders from €150 (Benelux + Germany) / €250 (rest of the world). For all EU countries, the €150/€250 limit includes VAT -- for all non-EU countries the €250 limit excludes VAT. Orders below the limit are charged with shipping costs (see terms & conditions).


VAT DEDUCTION FOR NON-EU ORDERS

Orders coming from non-EU countries receive VAT exemption. The price displayed to non-EU customers is already excl. VAT and based on your geolocation; there is no VAT deduction during check-out. BENZAK is not responsible for import fees or any other customs clearance costs. Please check with your local government about these additional costs before placing an order.
