We’re adding a new colour to our line-up of core collection chinos: olive drab.

Our 10 oz. military reverse sateen fabric is a durable and densely woven textile. Historically it was commonly used in military and workwear garments. In reverse sateen, the opposite side of the fabric, where the weft (horizontal) threads are more prominent, is used as the face of the garment. This side typically has a more matte and textured appearance, making it better suited for utilitarian purposes. This construction provides excellent strength and resistance to wear, making it ideal for rugged use. Despite its durability, the fabric is soft and comfortable, suitable for everyday wear. Today, it is popular in workwear-inspired fashion, offering a timeless balance of functionality and style, like our chinos and overshirts. It has been woven by Collect Mills in Japan and is available in various colours.

Since many seasons we offer a solid selection of chinos as part of our core collection. You might know that we’ve rebooted the lineup last year, by giving them a factory pre-wash, swapping the leather patch out for a jacron version, and changing the pocketing to an ecru herringbone twill.

Next to the already available colours golden brown, army green, and sand, we’re now adding a fourth colour: olive drab. This new green tone is slightly darker and a bit more saturated than army green.
