Last month we visited Dom Winton at Morning Glory Coffee as part of our “Faces of the City” series, which highlights people who share our values and bring the same level of intention to their own work that we bring to ours. After our visit, we stopped by Ax Specialty Café in Haarlem for a coffee made with beans roasted at Morning Glory, with espresso shots pulled by Dom himself. If you’re nearby, it’s well worth a visit.
