Our BWS-02 UTILITY SHIRT has become a staple in our core collection and that’s why we’ve added yet another fabric option this season, next to the existing ivory and brown herringbone twill (HBT) fabrics. For this latest addition we’ve opted for a black version of the same HBT fabric. With its 8 oz. in weight, the Japanese herringbone is considered a mid-weight fabric, providing versatile usage. We like to wear these types of shirts as overshirts in summer, and as regular shirts in winter, making this an all-year-round garment. Furthermore, the cotton used for this fabric is 100% organic and we’re using corozo buttons, both adding to its sustainable character. Corozo is made from palm tree seeds, making this is a perfect sustainable alternative to plastic buttons. For interesting contrast, we’ve finished the shirt with a brown yarn used for the construction, buttonholes, bartacks and our signature bull-embroidery.

BWS-02 UTILITY SHIRT is currently available in three different Japanese herrigbone twill fabric options: black, ivory and brown.
