The latest shirting release introduces four new fabric variations across two familiar silhouettes: the BWS-06 WORKER SHIRT and BWS-07 SERVICEMAN SHIRT. While both styles remain rooted in our established workwear and utility shirt designs, this release shifts the focus towards fabric character, texture, and long-term wear.
NEW UTILITY SHIRTING
The BWS-06 WORKER SHIRT is presented in a new 6 oz. Japanese houndstooth check twill sourced by Collect Mills. Woven from a blend of cotton (84%), linen (8%) and ramie (8%), the fabric combines durability with a dry, breathable hand feel that becomes softer with wear. The classic houndstooth pattern, originally associated with the Scottish Lowlands, adds subtle visual depth and a heritage-inspired appearance, while the linen and ramie content improve airflow, moisture absorption and wrinkle resistance. Available in two colour options, brown and navy, the fabric offers a lighter and more textured alternative to traditional work shirting materials.
For the BWS-07 SERVICEMAN SHIRT, we selected a 5 oz. Japanese indigo chambray woven by Collect Mills. Constructed with a classic 1x1 plain weave, the fabric has an ideal all-season weight and features slightly uneven yarns with subtle slubbing throughout. The ecru-toned weft gives the fabric a vintage character, while both the dark and mid indigo versions retain strong fading potential, allowing the shirts to develop individual wear patterns over time.
Both shirt styles maintain their familiar regular fit with updated longer body lengths and are constructed with signature detailing such as the horn-shaped back yoke, chain stitch run-offs, and functional chest pockets with pen compartments. Each piece is made in Portugal and finished with corozo buttons, heavy-duty stitching, and a factory one-wash treatment for immediate comfort.
