VIDEO: heavy slub 16 oz. RHT
Besides introducing new fabrics, we’re also big proponents in maintaining a strong core collection. For that reason, we’re reviewing the longest running fabric in our ‘made in Japan’ line: the heavy slub 16 oz. RHT. The fabric is in the heavier range of fabrics and is woven with slub yarns, hence the name ‘heavy slub’. Besides the slubby texture, the jeans are constructed using a....
OUR GUSSET TEE GETS A NEW COLOUR
The BT-06 lineup has received brown melee as a new colour option this autumn/winter season. It’s using the same 300 gsm heavy jersey fabric as the other already available colours and has both a front and back neck gusset, resulting in a very durable garment which is made to last. Due to the fabric weight and the spacious body....

After a week of deliberating, reviewing, comparing, and discussing, we have narrowed it down to the top 10 of our BENZAK x Samurai Jeans fading contest. VIDEO: 15.5 oz. RCI selvedge
We’ve very excited to introduce a brand-new fabric to the collection, the 15.5 oz. RCI selvedge. The name RCI stands for Robecchetto con Induno which is the place of conception of the Candiani Denim Mill. We think that the combination of weight, construction and indigo dye, make this a true classic denim fabric which will evolve into a bright blue colour over time.
OUR INDIGO ECO LINEUP EXPANDED
As part of the first drop of our AW22 season, we’re expanding the available cuts in the 13 oz. indigo eco selvedge. This is one of our most sustainable fabrics available in the European made line, mainly due to the use of post-consumer recycled cotton. The fabric was initially launched for the SS22 season, in the B-01 SLIM and BDJ-05 TRUCKER JACKET. For this season we've added...

Summer is around the corner, so we decided to take our new holiday shirts outside for a little editorial shoot. All shot on 35mm film, the photographs exhibit the shirts in different settings to showcase the versatility of the holiday shirt. Popularized in the 1950’s, the camp collar shirt is a timeless addition to any wardrobe. It is known as the...
TWO-PACK TEE
We strongly believe that every wardrobe is built on essentials that are unaffected by seasonal trends, timeless pieces that can be used in a variety of ways on a daily basis. Which brings us to the classic tee, besides the mandatory pair of jeans of course. For that reason we’re adding the BT-2P TWO PACK TEE to our current lineup of tees.
NEW FIT | STRAIGHT CHINO
Our chino offering has grown substantially over the past seasons, and we have been very pleased with its reception so far. To further roll out this product group we have decided to diversify its fit offering, as up till now we’ve only had a tapered silhouette available in this classic staple.
Introducing the BC-03 STRAIGHT CHINO; a straight leg version of...
NEW FIT | BDD-710N
The ‘N’ in its name stands for ‘new’ because it’s an updated version of the previously discontinued BDD-710, which has been part of our first collection back in 2013. Originally developed as a vintage cut, we took the 710 base and tweaked it towards a modern update of this cut. BDD-710N is considered relaxed, has a long back rise, and...
BENZAK x JAPAN BLUE JEANS
This year marks the 10-year anniversary of Lennaert and Kishimoto meeting each other, which also was the start of a special friendship. Japan Blue Group is still overlooking BENZAK’s production in Japan to this day. To celebrate this happy occasion, we have decided to co-develop not one, but two special, limited-edition jeans.
